CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE ORDERS
If the Customer decides to cancel their order, they can request it exclusively before the package is delivered to the courier, without additional costs. In this case we will refund the entire amount, within 15 days, via bank transfer to the IBAN code which will be communicated by the Customer to the email address: amministrazione@sanbiasestore.it
DELIVERY FAILURE
For delivery, the presence of the Customer or his representative at the shipping address indicated during the order is required. If the Customer (or the person in charge) is not present at the time of delivery, or does not have cash if he had chosen payment on delivery, the service includes 2 delivery attempts always at the indicated address. After the second unsuccessful delivery attempt, the package will remain in free storage with the courier for 2 working days. During these 2 days the Customer can contact the courier directly to arrange delivery or to change the delivery address. In this case, the Customer is responsible for inquiring with the courier regarding any updates or changes to the delivery procedure described above.
In the event of final failure to deliver, the order will be considered canceled and the Customer will be charged for the cost of delivery and the cost of the products.
San Biase will also have the right to exclude the Customer from the service.
PRODUCT UNAVAILABILITY
If the ordered products are temporarily unavailable, the Customer will be promptly informed, without prejudice to the latter's right to renounce the order. In this case we will refund the entire amount, within 15 days, via bank transfer to the IBAN code which will be communicated by the Customer to the email address amministrazione@sanbiasestore.it
COMPLAINTS
For any reports and/or complaints you can contact the email address amministrazione@sanbiasestore.it, possibly quoting the order number assigned at the conclusion of the purchase, reported in the order confirmation sent via e-mail.
WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal is not foreseen, as established by the art. 59 of Legislative Decree 21 February 2014 n. 21, for food products delivered on a regular basis, as the characteristics and qualities of these types of products are subject to alteration also as a result of inappropriate conservation.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
The information relating to the products provided through our Site is constantly updated. However, it is not possible to guarantee the complete absence of errors, therefore San Biase reserves the right to correct inaccuracies or omissions even after an order has been sent. Except for serious faults, any right of the customer to compensation for damages or recognition of compensation is excluded.
