Where it is born
The production area of our oil falls in C.da San Biase in Rende (CS) , which inspired the name of the final product. Our region, Calabria , a land of natural beauty, is also home to centuries-old olive groves. The native varieties, cultivated with dedication and harvested using methods that preserve the integrity of the fruit, adapt perfectly to the Mediterranean climate, other factors such as the morphology of the soil and periods of summer drought, give olives of exceptional quality and produce an extra virgin olive oil of high standards.
