EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL CERTIFICATION
Chemical analyses allow the product to be classified in the "Extra Virgin Olive Oil" product category.
IGP CERTIFICATION "CALABRIA OIL"
The Protected Geographical Indication "Olio di Calabria" is reserved for extra virgin olive oil obtained from olives produced in the Calabria Region and meeting the conditions and requirements established in the production specifications.
ORGANIC CERTIFICATION
Our Farm is certified ORGANIC by the control body "Suolo e Salute Srl", which guarantees food production exclusively through natural processes. This allows for a very low environmental impact as natural resources are exploited responsibly, respecting human and animal well-being and defending biodiversity.
OFFICIAL TECHNICAL COURSE FOR OLIVE OIL TASTERS
Official technical course on tasting Olive Oils lasting 35 hours, authorized by the Region where the course is held and directed by a Panel Leader. The course is held according to the criteria established by Reg(EEC) n° 2568.
