CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE ORDERS
If the Customer decides to cancel their order, they can do so only before the package is delivered to the courier, without additional costs. In this case, we will refund the full amount within 15 days via bank transfer to the IBAN code that the Customer will provide to the email address: amministrazione@sanbiasestore.it
FAILURE TO DELIVER
Delivery requires the presence of the Customer or their representative at the shipping address indicated during the order process. If the Customer (or the assigned person) is not present at the time of delivery, the service includes 2 delivery attempts always at the indicated address. After the second failed delivery attempt, the package will remain in free storage for 2 working days at the Courier's facility. During these 2 days, the Customer can directly contact the courier to arrange delivery or to change the delivery address. In this case, the Customer is responsible for checking with the courier for any updates or changes to the delivery procedure described above.
In case of definitive non-delivery, the order will be considered cancelled and the Customer will be charged the cost of delivery and the cost of the products.
San Biase will also have the right to exclude the Customer from the service.
PRODUCT UNAVAILABILITY
If the ordered products are temporarily unavailable, the Customer will be promptly informed, without prejudice to the latter's right to cancel the order. In this case, we will refund the full amount, within 15 days, via bank transfer to the IBAN code that the Customer will provide to the email address amministrazione@sanbiasestore.it
COMPLAINTS
For any reports and/or complaints, you can contact the email address amministrazione@sanbiasestore.it, possibly quoting the order number assigned at the conclusion of the purchase, as stated in the order confirmation sent via e-mail.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal is not provided for, as established by art. 59 of Legislative Decree 21 February 2014 n. 21, for food products delivered with a regular expiry date, as the characteristics and qualities of such types of products are subject to alteration even as a result of improper storage.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
The product information provided through our Site is constantly updated. However, it is not possible to guarantee the complete absence of errors, therefore San Biase reserves the right to correct inaccuracies or omissions even after an order has been sent. Except in cases of gross negligence, any right of the customer to compensation for damages or to the recognition of an indemnity is excluded.
