A fresh and light salad, typical of Mediterranean cuisine.
Ingredients:
- 2 fennels;
- 3 oranges;
- San Biase extra virgin olive oil;
- Salt and pepper;
- Chopped parsley.
Preparation:
- Clean the fennel and slice it thinly;
- Peel the oranges, also removing the white part, and cut them into slices;
- In a bowl, combine the fennel and oranges;
- Season with San Biase extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
