Ingredients:
- 100g spaghetti;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- Fresh chili pepper;
- San Biase extra virgin olive oil;
- Salt;
- Chopped parsley.
Preparation:
- Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water;
- Meanwhile, heat the San Biase extra virgin olive oil in a pan and brown the garlic, already thinly sliced;
- Add the chopped chili pepper and let it flavor for a few minutes;
- Drain the pasta and toss it in the pan with the oil, garlic, and chili pepper.
- If desired, add chopped parsley and serve hot.
