Necessary ingredients:
- 100g of spaghetti;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- Fresh chili pepper;
- San Biase extra virgin olive oil;
- Salt;
- Chopped parsley.
Preparation:
- Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water;
- Meanwhile, heat the San Biase extra virgin olive oil in a pan and brown the garlic, already cut into thin slices;
- Add the chopped chilli pepper and let it flavour for a few minutes;
- Drain the pasta and toss it in the pan with the oil, garlic and chili pepper.
- If you like, add chopped parsley and serve the dish hot.
