How to activate your subscription
Subscribing is very simple:
- Go to any product page
- Choose quantity and flavor preference
- Select "Recurring purchase"
- Choose how often to receive it: every month, every 2 months, every 3 months.
- Add to cart and complete the order
If you select "Single purchase" instead, the order will be normal and will not renew automatically.
Payment methods
To activate a subscription, you must use a payment method that allows automatic debits.
Accepted: Credit cards, Debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
How it works
1) The first order is paid normally
2) The subscription activates automatically
3) You will receive the product at home according to the chosen frequency
With each renewal:
- Payment is made automatically
- A new order is created
- The product is shipped like a normal purchase
You can also purchase other products in the same order, but only those on subscription will be renewed automatically.
Simple management and portal access
You can manage your subscription completely independently through a dedicated portal.
You can access it in two ways:
1) Via the link you receive by email after the first order;
2) By logging in to the website and going to the Profile section, click on "Manage Subscriptions and recurring purchases."
From this portal, you can do everything simply.
Furthermore, before each renewal, you will receive an email reminder, so you are always updated.
Maximum management freedom
From the portal, you can at any time:
- Change delivery frequency
- Reschedule an upcoming payment
- Skip a delivery
- Pause the subscription
- Cancel it
- Update shipping and billing address
- Update payment method
- Retry a failed payment
Important rules
Minimum number of renewals
To guarantee the subscription conditions, a minimum of 2 completed payments is required.
Until then:
- It is not possible to modify the subscription
- It is not possible to change quantity
- It is not possible to add or remove products
- It is not possible to cancel the subscription
We do this to protect ourselves and prevent customers from purchasing the product at a lower price with a recurring purchase and canceling the subscription immediately after the first purchase. Therefore, at least the second automatic order must be completed.
Automatic payments
Payment is made automatically at the same time as the first order. In case of failed payment, the system makes 3 automatic attempts, 1 day apart.
If all attempts fail:
- The subscription is automatically canceled
- You will still receive an email to update your payment method.
Delivery management
For each scheduled delivery, you can:
- Skip it if you don't need it at that moment
- Move it to a more convenient date
We recommend making any changes a few days before the scheduled date, to avoid charges or shipments already in preparation.
